Getting started

Create your company in the app (Sign in → Register company) or join with an invitation code from your administrator.
On the Map tab, tap “New block” and mark the four corners of each block.
On the Capture tab, aim at a fruit from 25–60 cm. When the frame turns green, take the photo. About 40 photos per sampling point, 4–5 points per block.
Open the Report tab — results appear within minutes after upload. Use ⋯ → PDF report to share.

Common questions

The frame stays red. Move to 25–60 cm from the fruit, hold the phone still and make sure the fruit is in the centre and not hidden by leaves.

Photos are not uploading. They are kept on the phone and sent automatically when you have a connection. Keep the app open for a minute once you are online.

I am outside my block. Captures are only allowed inside a mapped block. Check the block corners on the Map tab.

Which iPhones are supported? iPhone Pro or Pro Max models with LiDAR (iPhone 12 Pro and later).

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. If you are your company's last member, all company data is deleted too. Administrators can delete the whole company under Settings → Delete company. You can also ask us at [email protected].
